Meet Our Newest Family Member!

The arrival of our beautiful little granddaughter this morning,  born to our son, Samuel and his wife, Laura, is a lovely gift to all of us from the Lord. No matter how many children are born into the world and into our families, the miracle is ever new.

Welcome, Gianna Maria! You have fallen into a nest of love.

Ingrid, You are so right. Each baby is a new and precious miracle. So happy for everyone as they welcome Gianna into “the family”.

It’s like having Christmas in January. The best gift here on earth. Congratulations to Sam,
Laura, and the big brothers, Peter & Max. Congrats Grandma & Grandpa Schlueter…

    She’s so beautiful. Sending love!

Congratulations! Now Emmy is Auntie Em to a little niece! She will have such fun having tea parties with her! (I’m sure you will, too, Ingrid!)

Such a beautiful addition to your family. Our Lord`s blessings on all of you. Ingrid, how is your Mom doing? I always wondered why you didn’t come back to hosting Crosstalk after Emily was born .Now I realize the struggle you went through .We followed you on Crosstalk from the beginning. Your convictions were clear, you communicated strongly and concisely Biblical principles throughout your programs. Have missed hearing you on the air for these many years. So happy I have found your blog! Thank you for your ministry

Hi Jan, thanks for that and thanks for asking about my mom. My dad died on Dec. 5 and Mom had major, life-saving surgery 2 weeks later. She is doing better now. She has had a lot to deal with just in the last 2 months. I started with the Hope Blog 8 years ago. I don’t blog as much as I used to – with our little Em in school with homework and activities, she keeps us busy, as do the grandbabes. I have felt the desire to write more lately, and maybe I will as time allows! Thank you for stopping by.
