A Short Pause

My husband, William and I are kidnapping my mother and taking her away on a three day trip to Door County. This is peak weekend for leaves in many parts of our state, and we wanted to give her a change of scenery. Mom serves others every day of her life but rarely does anything for herself or goes anywhere. We’re hoping to visit some wonderful used bookshops up there and also an antique store or two. The real blessing is in not having to DO anything. Lord willing, I will be back Saturday. In the mean time, I wanted to let readers know two things.
